3 cups | Instant non-fat dry milk |

¼ cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Wheat germ |
5 tablespoons | Baking powder |
½ tablespoon | Salt |
1½ cup | Vegetable oil |
Combine flour, dry milk powder, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Make well in center; pour vegetable oil. Using a pastry blender, 2 knives or clean fingers, mix in oil with dry ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Store in tightly covered plastic or glass container with wide top. Keep in refrigerator up to 4 weeks or in freezer for 3 months. Makes about 14 cups mix. Note: A nutritious mix you can use to make biscuits, muffins, pancakes, cakes, coffee cakes and quick breads.
