Marshmallow frosting

| 2 | Egg whites -- at room temp. | |
| ¼ | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons | Light corn syrup |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
Directions
Put the egg whites, sugar and corn syrup in the top of a double boiler placed over rapidly boiling water and beat with a hand-held mixer (electric or rotary) until soft peaks form, about 4 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a medium size mixing bowl. Add the vanilla and beat with an electric mixer on medium high speed until soft peaks form, about 30 seconds. Use immediately.
