Marshmallow bavarian

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Crushed pineapple
1 cup Marshmallow cream
1 cup Whipped cream
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 pack Sweetened orange flavored gelatin

Drain juice from pineapple. Add sufficient hot water to make 2 cups of liquid. Heat to boiling. Pour over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Cool until partially set. Beat until light and fluffy.

Add marshmallow cream, pineapple, and nuts. Fold in stiffly whipped cream. Pour into molds. Chill. 8 servings.
