Ingredients

2cupsMilk, scalded
1packSweetened cherry flavored gelatin
teaspoonSalt
1cupWhipping cream
1cupCrushed macaroons
¼cupChopped maraschino cherries

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in milk. Add cherries, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.

Pour into mold. Chill until firm. 8 servings.
