| 2 cups | Milk, scalded |
| 1 pack | Sweetened cherry flavored gelatin |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 cup | Whipping cream |
| 1 cup | Crushed macaroons |
| ¼ cup | Chopped maraschino cherries |
Dissolve gelatin in milk. Add cherries, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
Pour into mold. Chill until firm. 8 servings.
