Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Milk, scalded |
| 1 | pack | Sweetened cherry flavored gelatin |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream |
| 1 | cup | Crushed macaroons |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped maraschino cherries |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in milk. Add cherries, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
Pour into mold. Chill until firm. 8 servings.
