Macaroon bavarian

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Milk, scalded
1 pack Sweetened cherry flavored gelatin
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Whipping cream
1 cup Crushed macaroons
¼ cup Chopped maraschino cherries

Dissolve gelatin in milk. Add cherries, salt, and macaroons. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.

Pour into mold. Chill until firm. 8 servings.
