Lucy becker's slaw

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Cabbage; shredded
1 \N Onion; shredded
1 \N Bell pepper; chopped, optional
\N \N Equal parts oil; vinegar and sugar

Toss vegetables. Mix desired amount of oil, vinegar and sugar and pour over vegetables, tossing to coat. Refrigerate.
