|1½ cup||Diced Red Delicious apple|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon low-fat yogurt|
|3 cups||Presliced green cabbage|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped dry-roasted peanuts|
|3 tablespoons||Sweet and sour sauce|
Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
