Great for informal company and holidays. Adjust the ingredients of the accompanying mustard sauce to taste. Sauce can range from sweet-mellow to sharp, depending upon preferences. Equal proportions renders a sweet but rather sharp sauce.

HAM LOAF: Combine all ingredients other than those for the mustard sauce. Place in an appropriate size loaf pan and bake at 350 for an hour, or til loaf begins to shrink from sides of pan.

MUSTARD SAUCE: In a double boiler, combine mustard, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook until sauce is hot and smooth. Serve at room temperature, pouring over slices of the ham loaf at the table.
