2poundsGround lean fresh pork
cupFresh rolled cracker crumbs (not cracker meal)
¼cupChopped onions
4Well beaten eggs
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonCayenne
2cupsMilk
2tablespoonsParsley
½poundsBrown sugar
½cupCider vinegar
tablespoonDry mustard
½cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream
¼cupPrepared mustard
1tablespoonChopped chives
2tablespoonsPrepared horseradish
Salt
Lemon juice

SAUCE

Mix loaf ingredients well and shape into 2 bread pans, 9x5x3". Bake at 350'F. for 30 minutes. While loaves are baking, make glaze. Mix glaze ingredients and boil 1 minute. Spread glaze on top of loaves and bake 1 hour longer. Remove from oven, slice loaves and spoon sauce over each slice.
