Lafond's dijon vinaigrette

¼teaspoonPepper
2tablespoonsDijon
¼cupRice wine vinegar
1cupOlive oil

Directions

1. Drop garlic into food processor, using the chopping blade.

2. Add all remaining ingreds and process until smooth.
