Dijon vinaigrette

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil
½ cup Vegetable oil
⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
⅛ teaspoon Coarse black pepper
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Salt

Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Makes 1½ cups
