Measure | Ingredient |

8 \N | Green tomatoes, sliced thin |
2 cups | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | Cinnamon |
1 teaspoon | Allspice |
¼ teaspoon | Crushed cloves |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Butter or oleo |
\N \N | Your favorite pie crust |
Place peeled and thinly sliced tomatoes in pie shell alternating layers with sugar mixture. Make certain that a sugar layer is last. Sprinkle with vinegar, dot with butter. Place top crust on. Seal. Slit for steam escape.
Bake at 375~F 45 min. to one hour.
