|4||Kiwi fruit (1/2 pound) peeled and cubed|
|⅔ cup||Fresh lemon juice|
|½ cup||Midori liqueur|
|2 tablespoons||Lt. Karo syrup|
|½ cup||Cold water|

Mix well. Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to manurf. directions. The alcohol extends freezing time. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Makes 1 quart EAT-L Digest 29 July 96
