Kiwi-lime sorbet

Measure Ingredient
4 Kiwi fruit; peeled and quartered
½ cup Sugar
2 cups Water
6 ounces Limeade, frozen concentrate

Process kiwi, sugar and ¼ cup of the water in a food processor or blender until smooth. Combine ½ cup of water and the frozen limeade in a medium bowl; stir until slushy. Stir in remaining 1¼ cups water and kiwi puree. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pack into a freezer container, cover tightly and freeze for up to one month. Makes 1 quart. Nutrition Analysis: 129 calories, 1g protein, 0g fat, 33g carbohydrate, 3 mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol
