Ingredients

¾cupSugar
¾cupWater
3largesGranny Smith Apples; peeled cored and pureed
¼cupFresh Lemon Juice
2tablespoonsApplejack
pinchCinnamon
pinchNutmeg

Directions

Combine sugar and water in saucepan over med. high heat and stir til sugar is dissolved. Just before syrup comes to boil, remove from heat. Cool and chill. Add syrup to remaining ingred. and blend well.

Finish in either ice cream maker or freezer.
