Kafta burgers

1½ cup Fine chopped onion
1 cup Parsley
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Paparika
½ teaspoon Cinamon
½ Pepper
8 slices Tomatoes
8 Lettuce leaves
4 Pitas halved crosswise

Broil and grill 4- 6" from heat source, turning once, 10-15 mins. (medium-well done) or until done as desired. Place burger, tomato slice, a lettuce leaf into each pita halves.
