Taco burgers

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Package of corn chips
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 pack Taco seasoning mix
3 ounces Cream cheese, cut into 12
1/8 inch strips
Paprika

Crunch enough of the corn chips (⅔ cup) to measure ⅓ cup. Mix ground beef, crushed chips and seasoning. Shape mixture into patties. Broil patties for 5 minutes, turn and broil. When almost done, criss cross 2 strips of cheese on each patty; sprinkle with paprika. Broil until cheese is puffed and golden brown. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-05-95
