Kafta (a middle-eastern dish)

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Ground lamb, beef or turkey
1 cup Fresh parsely chopped finely
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 cup Finely chopped onions
3 teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

This is so good!!! I serve it with Hummus, tabouleh, and pita bread.

combine all ingredients in a bowl and shape into small logs (about this big ( ))
