Basic burgers

Yield: 6 -8

Measure Ingredient
26 ounces Minced steak
4 teaspoons Soy Sauce
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 small Onion; finely chopped
¼ cup Parsley; chopped
1 \N Egg

From: MeLizaJane <MeLizaJane@...> Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Form the mixture into 6-8 hamburgers and cook on the barbecue or in the oven. Serve wrapped in a lettuce leaf, or in the usual way.
