Joan;s noodle pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Pkge NOOdles, cooked
1 \N Jar apricot preserves, unsweetened
½ pint Fat free sour cream(small container)
½ cup Cottage cheese, lowfat
2 tablespoons Margarine, melted
1 tablespoon Vanilla
2 \N Eggs 0r egg whites
¼ cup Sugar

Combine all ingred. and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake 375 about 45 min.
