Easy noodle pudding

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Milk
8 ounces Medium egg noodles
4 \N Eggs - beaten
½ cup Sugar
1 large Red apple; peeled and chopped
½ cup Golden raisins
8 ounces Cottage cheese
½ cup Crushed pinapple - drained (up to)
4 ounces Butter or margarine.

Add eggs, sugar, apple, raisins, cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour melted butter or margine into an 8 x 8 casserole. Add noodle mixture and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour - until brown on top.
