Source: Muriel Shapiro - Bedford , MA Beat eggs, gradually add sugar. add apples, pineapple and juiice and fruit cocktail. Add to drained cooked noodles. Add melted margarine. Sprinkle top with cornflakes and cinnamon.
Optional- Decorate with cherries.
Bake 55-60 minutes - 350 degree oven.
P.S. The recipe did not call for fruit cocktail but the kids really liked it and my mother-in-law (aged 92) snared 3 pieces to take back to the nursing home.
