Noodle pudding

| 8 | ounces | Uncooked flat egg noodles; |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sugar; |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon; |
| 1 | teaspoon | Butter; |
| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese; |
| A handful raisins; | ||
Directions
Put a medium-size pot of water on to boil. Cook the noodles until tender. While the noodles are cooking, combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. When noodle are done, drain them well. Transfer them to a bowl. Add butter and mix well. Add cottage cheese and raisins and mix. Transfer to serving bowls, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and eat.
