Noodle pudding (my recipe)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Noodles ff
1 can (16 ounce) pineapple crushed in juice
16 ounces Cottage cheese ff
32 ounces Vanilla yogurt ff
1 cup Raisins
¾ cup Grape-Nuts

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain noodles, mix all ingredients except Grape_Nuts together. Spray 9 x 13 pan with PAM. Pour the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the Grape-Nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Serves 12 as a dessert.
