Joan's noodle pudding

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Pkge noodles; cooked
1 \N Jar apricot preserves; unsweetened
½ pint Fat free sour cream; (small container)
½ cup Cottage cheese; lowfat
2 tablespoons Margarine; melted
1 tablespoon Vanilla
2 \N Eggs 0r egg whites
¼ cup Sugar

Combine all ingred. and put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake 375 about 45 min.

NOTES : may substit 1 cup applesauce for perserves+1/3csugar Recipe by: Joan
