Honey peanut butter banana muffins

Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Honey |
| ⅔ | cup | Lowfat buttermilk |
| ½ | cup | Peanut butter; chunky |
| ½ | cup | Banana; mashed |
| ½ | cup | Egg |
| ⅛ | ounce | Vanilla |
| 1⅓ | cup | Flour |
| ⅓ | cup | Oatmeal; uncooked |
| ⅞ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ⅞ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| Salt; to taste | ||
| ¼ | cup | Peanuts; chopped |
Directions
1. Combine and mix honey, buttermilk, peanut butter, bananas, eggs and vanilla.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients except chopped peanuts. Stir into honey mixture until just moistened.
3. Portion ¼ cup into greased or lined muffin tins. Top each cup with 1 teaspoon chopped nuts.
4. Bake in 400 F oven 18 to 20 minutes.
