1 Cup Rice + 1-¾ Cup cold water = 3 Cups Rice 2 Cups Rice + 3 Cups cold water = 6 Cups Rice.
Rinse Rice & drain well. Put Rice in a heavy bottomed pot add cold water. Cover, put on high heat and wait until steam escapes. Turn heat to lowest possible setting and let cook like that for 20 minutes. DO NOT TAKE LID OFF Remove from heat and let stand another 20 minutes with lid on.
