1decilitreFresh Chives -- finely
Chopped
2Cloves Garlic -- crushed or

Directions

Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
