Harvest vegetables with swiss cheese sauce

¼cupGrated parmesan cheese
½teaspoonSalt vegetable.
8cupsSteamed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans,
Etc)
gramSwiss cheese

Directions

PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES

COOK TIME: 10 MINUTES

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheeses and salt. Stir until melted. Pour over hot vegetables and top with additional swiss cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.
