Swiss cheese sauce

¼ | teaspoon | Salt Dash of pepper Dash of ground nutmeg |

⅓ | cup | Dry white wine |
½ | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese 6 ounces) |
Directions
Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk and wine. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir I minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
