Garlic-oregano vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil
½ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup White wine vinegar
5 \N Garlic cloves; minced
1½ teaspoon Dried oregano; crumbled
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dried mustard
\N \N Pepper

Combine all ingredients in jar. Shake well. (Can be prepared 1 week ahead.

Bring dressing to room temperature before serving.) Makes 1½ cups.
