Garlic wine salad dressing

3teaspoonsGarlic juice
1teaspoonSalt
3tablespoonsWine vinegar
7tablespoonsSalad oil
3tablespoons(heaping) mayonnaise
1carton(16-oz) sour cream

Directions

Blend well garlic juice & salt, then add vinegar, oil, mayonnaise & sour cream, beating until smooth. This amount will fill a 28-oz peanut butter jar & will keep about 1-2 months in refrigerator. Blue Cheese may be added & the garlic juice omitted.
