Garlic wine salad dressing

| 3 | teaspoons | Garlic juice |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | tablespoons | Wine vinegar |
| 7 | tablespoons | Salad oil |
| 3 | tablespoons | (heaping) mayonnaise |
| 1 | carton | (16-oz) sour cream |
Directions
Blend well garlic juice & salt, then add vinegar, oil, mayonnaise & sour cream, beating until smooth. This amount will fill a 28-oz peanut butter jar & will keep about 1-2 months in refrigerator. Blue Cheese may be added & the garlic juice omitted.
