Garlic dressing

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg yolk
⅓ cup Red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Chopped garlic
1 cup Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt in the food processor. Process briefly.

2. With motor running, dribble in olive oil.

3. Taste, correct seasoning if necessary, and store.
