|2 teaspoons||Dijon mustard|
|2 teaspoons||Schwartz Marjoram|
|1 tablespoon||Schwartz Garlic Granules|
|Salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|4||Chicken leg pieces|
Blend all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
Score the flesh of the chicken and place in a large bowl. Pour over the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Barbecue or grill for 30 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked throughout.
