Garlic and herb marinated chicken

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Schwartz Marjoram
1 tablespoon Schwartz Garlic Granules
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 Chicken leg pieces

Blend all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

Score the flesh of the chicken and place in a large bowl. Pour over the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Barbecue or grill for 30 minutes turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked throughout.
