Favorite mac-tuna bake

1 | can | Tuna; drained |
4 | tablespoons | Butter |
1½ | tablespoon | Green pepper; minced |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; grated |
2 | slices | Bread; buttered, cubed |
8 | ounces | Macaroni |
2 | tablespoons | Onion; minced |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
1 | dash | Pepper |
1 | can | Cream of mushrooom soup |
Paprika |
Preheat oven 350 F. Cook macaroni, drain. Melt butter and saute onion and green pepper, 5 minutess. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir well. Add milk and mushroom soup. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add macaroni, flaked tuna, and half the cheese, stir. Pour into 2 qt casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
