Favorite mac-tuna bake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Tuna; drained
4 tablespoons Butter
1½ tablespoon Green pepper; minced
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
2 slices Bread; buttered, cubed
8 ounces Macaroni
2 tablespoons Onion; minced
2 tablespoons Flour
1 dash Pepper
1 can Cream of mushrooom soup

Preheat oven 350 F. Cook macaroni, drain. Melt butter and saute onion and green pepper, 5 minutess. Add flour, salt and pepper and stir well. Add milk and mushroom soup. Stir over low heat until smooth. Add macaroni, flaked tuna, and half the cheese, stir. Pour into 2 qt casserole, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
