Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Elbow macaroni; uncooked|
|¾ pounds||VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread; cut in 1/2\" cubes|
|1 cup||Frozen vegetable blend; thawed|
|7 ounces||Canned tuna in water; drained & flaked|
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan; stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add Velveeta, vegetables, tuna & milk. Stir until Velveeta is melted & mixture is thoroughly heated.
