6tablespoonsSoy sauce
1cupBalsamic vinegar
tablespoonGarlic; minced
4cupsDikon radish; julienned
4cupsCarrots; julienned
4cupsRed onion; roasted, julienned
2bunchesGreen onion; thin bias cut
1cupJicama; julienned
2Juice of lemon

STEP 1:

1. Toss all.

2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.

3. Cool, then julienne.

STEP 2:

1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms.

STEP 3:

1. Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
