Asian slaw

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Shiitake mushrooms
1 cup Peanut oil
¼ cup Sesame oil
6 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1½ tablespoon Garlic; minced
4 cups Dikon radish; julienned
4 cups Carrots; julienned
4 cups Red onion; roasted, julienned
2 bunches Green onion; thin bias cut
1 cup Jicama; julienned
2 Juice of lemon

STEP 1:

1. Toss all.

2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.

3. Cool, then julienne.

STEP 2:

1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms.

STEP 3:

1. Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
