11/2 pounds of pork sausage (up to 1)
1Green pepper; chopped
2Green onions ;chopped
2Celery stalks; chopped (up to 3)
2cupsChicken bouillon or consomme'
1cupRaw rice
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Crumble sausage into a skillet and brown it. Drain, then add all the mixture, Put a lid on and let simmer at low heat for about 1 hour.
