Dilled cucumbers and onions

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced onions; separated into rings
1 cup Sugar
4 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Dill weed
1 cup White vinegar
½ cup Water

Combine sugar, salt, dill, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and chill thoroughly. Add sliced cucumbers and onions and cover tightly. Keep refrigerated.
