Dilled cucumber sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Nuefchatel cheese; softened
1 tablespoon Fat-free or reduced-calorie mayonnaise, salad dressing 2 tsp. dried dill weed
1 teaspoon Skim milk
1 \N Garlic clove; finely chopped
8 slices Whole-grain bread; toasted if desired
2 smalls Cucumber; thinly sliced
\N \N Freshly ground pepper

Mix Neufchatel cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, milk and garlic. Spread cheese mixture on bread, Place cucumber slices on 4 slices bread.

Sprinkle with pepper. Top with remaining bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
