Cucumbers in dill

Ingredients

4Cucumbers
1cupBoiling water
¾cupSour cream
¼cupLemon juice
3tablespoonsMinced dill
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1teaspoonSugar

Directions

Peel the cucumbers and slice very thin. Pour the boiling water over them and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and plunge into ice water.

Drain again. Mix together the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the cucumbers, tossing until well mixed.
