Cucumbers in sour cream with fresh dill

Ingredients

2Cucumbers*, sliced
1cupOnion Rings, thin sliced
1tablespoonCider Vinegar
1tablespoonWater
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
¼cupSour Cream
2tablespoonsFresh Dill, finely chopped

Directions

Marinate cucumber slices and onion rings in vinegar, water, sat and pepper in the refrigerator. Drain after a few hours. Mix cucumbers and onions with sour cream and dill. Serve as a salad or appetizer.
