3eaches(15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1cupBrown mustard
1cupMolasses
15ouncesA 1 steak sauce
15ouncesBottle worcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsDry mustard
2cupsWhite vinegar
3cupsPineapple juice
2tablespoonsCelery salt
3tablespoonsSalt
5tablespoonsFlour
4tablespoonsSugar
1teaspoonCayenne pepper
1teaspoonFresh ground black pepper
1teaspoonChili powder
½teaspoonTabasco sauce
1Juice of 5 lemons or limes
6eachesBay leaves

Directions

Preparation : Blend first five (5) items and simmer in a 2 gallon cook pot for 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients in order given and cook at very low temperature for 3½ to 4 hours. Makes approximately six (6) quarts of sauce.
