Chef's barbeque sauce
1 Gallon
Ingredients

| 2½ | cup | Onions, finely chopped |
| 1½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 5 | tablespoons | Prepared mustard |
| 3 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 5 | tablespoons | Worcestershire |
| 5 | cups | Catsup |
| ½ | cup | Vinegar |
| 3 | pints | Water |
Directions
Saute the onions in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes to thicken.
