Chef's barbeque sauce

Yield: 1 Gallon

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Oil
2½ cup Onions, finely chopped
1½ cup Brown sugar
5 tablespoons Prepared mustard
3 teaspoons Salt
5 tablespoons Worcestershire
5 cups Catsup
½ cup Vinegar
3 pints Water

Saute the onions in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes to thicken.
