Chef's barbeque sauce

Ingredients

2½ | cup | Onions, finely chopped |
1½ | cup | Brown sugar |
5 | tablespoons | Prepared mustard |
3 | teaspoons | Salt |
5 | tablespoons | Worcestershire |
5 | cups | Catsup |
½ | cup | Vinegar |
3 | pints | Water |
Directions
Saute the onions in the oil without browning. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes to thicken.
