Creamette chicken salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (7-oz) Creamettes elbow macaroni
2 cups Cubed cooked chicken or turkey (white meat)
2 cups Fresh broccoli flowerets
4 mediums Oranges; peeled, sectioned and seeded
1 cup Orange juice
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Paprika
¼ cup Toasted sliced almonds

Prepare Creamettes elbow macaroni as package directs; drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni, chicken, broccoli and oranges. In small bowl, blend orange juice, vinegar, ginger and paprika; toss with macaroni mixture.

Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir before serving. Garnish with almonds.

Refrigerate leftovers.
