Creamette chicken salad

Ingredients

1pack(7-oz) Creamettes elbow macaroni
2cupsCubed cooked chicken or turkey (white meat)
2cupsFresh broccoli flowerets
4mediumsOranges; peeled, sectioned and seeded
1cupOrange juice
¼cupCider vinegar
1teaspoonGround ginger
½teaspoonPaprika
¼cupToasted sliced almonds

Directions

Prepare Creamettes elbow macaroni as package directs; drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni, chicken, broccoli and oranges. In small bowl, blend orange juice, vinegar, ginger and paprika; toss with macaroni mixture.

Cover; chill thoroughly. Stir before serving. Garnish with almonds.

Refrigerate leftovers.
