Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked chicken; diced |
½ cup | Seedless white grapes; sliced |
½ cup | Celery; finely chopped |
½ cup | Walnuts; finely chopped |
½ cup | Heavy cream; whipped |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
Combine chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. Taste and add a little salt if needed. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Toss with chicken mixture.
Chill at least one hour.
Makes about 3¼ cups
