Regal chicken salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked chicken; diced
½ cup Seedless white grapes; sliced
½ cup Celery; finely chopped
½ cup Walnuts; finely chopped
½ cup Heavy cream; whipped
½ cup Mayonnaise

Combine chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. Taste and add a little salt if needed. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Toss with chicken mixture.

Chill at least one hour.

Makes about 3¼ cups
