Yield: 1 Servings
|2 cups||Cooked chicken; diced|
|½ cup||Seedless white grapes; sliced|
|½ cup||Celery; finely chopped|
|½ cup||Walnuts; finely chopped|
|½ cup||Heavy cream; whipped|
Combine chicken, grapes, celery and walnuts. Taste and add a little salt if needed. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Toss with chicken mixture.
Chill at least one hour.
