Lettuce leaves to line platter
1poundsBoneless, skinless chicken breasts, grilled & sliced

Directions

To make dressing, in small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. In large bowl, toss vegetables with half of dressing, arrange on lettuce-lined platter. Top with chicken. Serve with remaining dressing.
