Metro diner chicken salad

Ingredients

| 2½ | pounds | Chicken |
| 1 | cup | Onion -- finely diced |
| 1 | cup | Cheese -- grated |
| ½ | cup | Pecans -- chopped |
| 1 | cup | Celery -- finely diced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Onion Powder |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | cup | Salad Dressing |
Directions
Boil the chicken, cool, bone and chop into ¼ inch pieces. Add onion, cheese, pecans and celery. Blend well. Add remaining seasonings and mix. Stir in salad dressing and blend thoroughly. Makes 10 servings.
