|1 pack||(12-oz) cream-style cottage cheese with chives (up to)|
|6 drops||Tabasco sauce|
|Chopped parsley or chives|
Place cheese and Tabasco sauce in blender, and blend until fluffy (or beat with rotary or electric beater). Garnish with parsley or chives. Yield: 1-½ cups.
