Cottage cheese dip #1

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (12-oz) cream-style cottage cheese with chives (up to)
6 drops Tabasco sauce
Chopped parsley or chives

Place cheese and Tabasco sauce in blender, and blend until fluffy (or beat with rotary or electric beater). Garnish with parsley or chives. Yield: 1-½ cups.
