Cottage cheese dip with relishes

Quantity Ingredient
1 carton (12-oz) cottage cheese
½ cup Skim milk
2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lime juice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 \N Clove garlic; crushed
1 teaspoon Onion juice
1 dash Curry powder
\N \N Fresh vegetables

Rub cottage cheese through fine sieve. Blend in milk. Add the next five ingredients and mix well. Chill. Cut carrot strips, squash slices, cauliflowerets, and radishes, and chill. Arrange vegetables on plate with dip. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
