Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Creamy cottage cheese |
4 ounces | Blue cheese; crumbled |
⅓ cup | Cream |
¼ small | Onion |
1 teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
⅛ teaspoon | Red pepper |
6 | Sprigs parsley |
Put all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on high speed until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary. Makes 1-¾ cups.
