Ingredients

| 4 | ounces | Blue cheese; crumbled |
| ⅓ | cup | Cream |
| ¼ | small | Onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
| 6 | Sprigs parsley | |
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender. Cover & blend on high speed until smooth, stopping to stir if necessary. Makes 1-¾ cups.
